The hotel charged me a very high rate compared to the check-in time delay, but the rooms were spacious, plush, and clean, despite poor design with lights and charging points in the center of the bed. The service was very slow and could use some improvement, even though the staff was courteous and made an effort to ensure my comfort. The location is really good, not far from the major spots in Indore, with an awesome Architecture & Interior. The dining experience was costly and located in an open area not up to the star category of the hotel.
